1 Hour Mindfulness and Contemplative Art Retreat
In the midst of a worldwide crisis, many have found it necessary to engage in disciplines that calm the mind, body, and spirit. While mindful meditation practices help silence the noise in our minds, creative art practices sooth the spirit and remind the soul that we are creative spirits.
Join me for 1 hour of silence, mindful breathing, contemplative readings, journal reflection, and a simple art practice.
